When you get in touch with us, your message is picked up by our Information team, who coordinate with each department to provide a response. If an issue needs further attention, it may be referred to a senior member of staff for review.

We do our best to respond within ten working days. If we’re unable to provide a full reply in that time, we’ll let you know, share any information we can, and keep you updated on when to expect a complete response.
